Never go to war in red trousers | 20×20 Presentation

Mobile-First and the need for change

Huge thanks to Mark Chalcraft for his 20 slides on the critical importance of mobile-first web design. I’ve had to remove a couple due to image licencing but the core information, tips and awesome advice is still in there.

It was a fantastic presentation with a great theme about the french going to war wearing red trousers and basically getting slaughtered and then adapting their behavior and seeing much less slaughtery results. Exactly what we should be doing right now if we’re not fully mobile friendly already.
